Preventative Maintenance

We are committed to protecting and caring for your equipment, and our preventative maintenance service meets or exceeds the manufacturers’ recommendations. Whenever we service your equipment, you are assured of peace of mind knowing we will do everything necessary to keep your systems up and running efficiently. We track maintenance schedules and will inform you when maintenance is due.

Nationwide 24x7 Support

We offer 24 x 7 on-call emergency services with a dedicated call center that provides up to a 30 minute callback. A service professional will usually arrive at your location within 2-4 hours based on your contract type.

A UPS is only as good as its batteries. A faulty battery in a serial line of batteries can cause a UPS to drop the load in the event of power failure or anomaly. Regular preventative maintenance and monitoring can extend the life of your batteries. We have access to a large selection of batteries to fit a variety of applications and systems. Our batteries are guaranteed to be “fresh” and are usually sold within 90 days from the date of manufacture. This ensures that they meet their intended design life cycle. We offer installation services and disposal of old batteries per EPA regulation.
